Spring is coming early, and I’m enjoying the sunshine as I speed along on the TGV towards the south, with beautiful songs in my ears. I invite you to meet me at the different events I describe below, to have a conversation. I enjoy meeting new faces, new ideas, new ways of being. In chronological order:

Scrumday 2014

Scrumday is tomorrow! well, Thursday & Friday this week, April 10 & 11. I’m participating as a speaker, with Oana, on the theme of the sessions we had organized with Dan Mezick. I call this agile change management. How to bring about change in an agile way, a sort of meta-agility as a participant so aptly put it during the presentation of this session at Agile Tunisie 2013. Obviously this involves invitation, storytelling, open space and coaches who aren’t too present!

For this Scrumday we also arranged to meet with Claude to dig deeper into our Peetic materials during the OpenSpace.

Boulegan de l’Ostal

Well there, agility means diving into a big hippie gathering in the Cévennes playing Irish music, old time, and other music you never find on the airwaves. I invite anyone who wishes to join me there on April 19. Same thing, the idea is simply to converse (and play music, I’m bringing my banjo); you could say this is our little agile picnic 2014. If it rains it’s Vietnam, so give up unless you really want to plunge into the heart of tradition; in the sun, you’ll wander among the music groups, dancers and luthiers.

Sudweb 2014

At the end of May I’ll go prowling through the sessions at Sudweb, trying to glean some rich words and especially see dear friends again, and with a bit of luck: finally launch the organization with Nathalie of our conference on emotion. At Sudweb everything is possible, you’ve been warned. It’s May 16 & 17.

Agile France 2014

I don’t yet know if my session has been selected, confirmed, but I hope to present in the magnificent venue of Agile France, a first session on “thinking about your organization”. I see many of my colleagues moving towards coaching, that is to say a privileged relationship with a person. I don’t have that pretension, I find it too risky. I position myself more on organizational management, and as you’ve been able to read, increasingly, I think that physical and spatial organization plays a role beyond measure compared to the idea we generally have of it. I therefore very much hope to develop, at this Agile France, on May 22 & 23, these ideas on organization: thermodynamics, Thom’s theory, sociocracy, physical & spatial organization, crystal, termite mound, etc.

Rencontres Old Time 2014

Finally, like every year, early June this time, the old time gatherings. It’s about craftmusicianship. We meet, we share, we mix, we learn, a great music retreat session in both senses of the term retreat. Yet another alternative universe that nourishes me. You’re welcome there, you need to let me know by email if you’re interested.
