1. It’s through the sum of small acts and daily postures that your environment is built.

  2. For better or for worse.

  3. You can decide in a second to change, but it will take time.

  4. You cannot decide to change everything in a second, it needs to be nourished by time.

  5. If you wish, start right now.

  6. If you change all the time, you build nothing.

  7. If you never change, one day it will collapse.

  8. It’s often not about making efforts, but simply about being.

  9. We often believe it’s harder to be than to make efforts to appear, but it’s actually the opposite. (It’s more exhausting to be fake if you prefer).

  10. You’re not being asked to be against or for, but to be what you believe in, you’ll see what that builds.

  11. It’s with persistence that you build things, but persistence associated with a transitive verb: you don’t stop trying WHAT in particular. (Without the what, it’s probably not a transitive verb). You can persist in gnawing, in checking, etc. It’s in persistence that greatness can be born.

  12. You shouldn’t be surprised by a situation or complain (too much, you can complain of course, we’re far from controlling everything) because all previous acts lead to it, at least lead to you being in that situation.

  13. If you complain about a situation, go back to point one.

  14. Nothing is easy, except writing this. But try.
