Following the closure of benext sites and warehouses, I am publishing here a collective document created in April/May 2020 (first lockdown), on remote work. With the objective of keeping a record.

DIGITAL BOOK “remote work” by benext
Introduction
Since the beginning of its existence BENEXT has been a company that seeks to create a strong culture. Its members being largely dispersed across Ile-de-France, we have always sought to maintain daily connections—via our online conversation tool (Slack)—and we meet very regularly at multiple in-person events.
BENEXT does not host any IT services, no “in-house” tools.
We have been dematerialized for a long time. The new situation pushes us further. Remote work becomes the norm for us and for our clients.
Here we are not talking about the state of the art of remote work, we are talking about our journey. Our subject is the nature of remote work and above all, as a backdrop, the deeper transformations to come linked to the new relationships that remote work brings. If there are no questions about what this new form of work brings, we will not learn, we will not move forward. Let’s avoid transposing reality into the virtual too simply and too hastily.

There was also a meetup on the subject:
