Peetic, is a small scenario that I use during my agile training sessions (concerning Scrum).
It’s not ambitious, there’s a long road ahead before it’s complete. But it’s a working foundation. I’ve also posted the sources on Gitlab if some want to participate.
The characters and situations in this story being purely fictional, any resemblance to existing persons or situations, or to those that have existed, can only be coincidental.
This is about imagining a dating site for animals and more if there’s chemistry.
Their vision is: let’s make a dating site for animals because people spend a lot of money on their little critters. We’ll be able to sell support services, products and advertising. (that’s their vision, huh, they can improve!).

Then we naturally ask the product owner to prioritize! (red = 1, blue = 2, green 3). At the end don’t hesitate to remove ALL the green or blue cards to bring the participants back to reality: “that we forget”. By the way the little gray piece indicates parameters for the DONE.
