What I expect from Agile Open Sud (Open Conference on Agile in the South) (March 16-17, Banuyls sur Mer)

First

To meet buddies, friends, acquaintances, new faces in a place that looks very nice: the hotel des elmes (yes yes that’s it in the photo). This will hopefully be a good time for exchange and relaxation. Accentuated by the presence of one or two rugby matches that will allow us to rid ourselves of certain toxins and by the celebration of Saint Patrick’s Day (March 17th) which will allow us to recover those lost toxins (and to blow into the whistles).

Then

I hope that our discussions, brainstorming, etc (because it’s an open space, so it’s difficult to anticipate the program in detail beforehand, but for those who aren’t familiar with this format I assure you that it densifies the content) will be constructive. In this I would really like to arrive at a result. Meaning? That we commit. “Here’s what we think about such and such subject”. Naturally the answers won’t be monolithic, they will express our diversity. Naturally we can be wrong about many subjects. But I would like (I don’t see it enough in the events around me) a clear commitment to the ideas that will be expressed during these hours. Here’s what we said at that moment about these subjects. Without worrying about “what will people say”. I’m going to propose this to the other participants and try to find a format/support to capitalize on this information.

I would be delighted to meet you there. There are still places available. It costs 164.5 euros. The price includes meals from Friday evening to Saturday noon and the room for the night. (There are less than ten places left -out of thirty max, the hotel’s quota-).
