Happy New Year, best wishes. (oddly enough I made none, nor any resolutions).
Some upcoming events where I hope to see you:
First on January 17, 2011 if you’re around Montpellier Smartview is organizing a breakfast/seminar whose topic is: Agility: Identify obstacles and adapt your journey.
Agility: Identify obstacles and adapt your journey
The pitch: *Today agility is recognized as a driver of progress, provided it is well understood and well used. This seminar will present the most common pitfalls and how to better apprehend these methods in your context to get the best benefits. (~45mn)*
This breakfast will take place on Tuesday January 17 from 8:30 to 10:00 at the Smartview training center: 145 Avenue Clément Ader, 34170 Castelnau Le Lez (Montpellier). if you’re interested: contact me!
This session will also be given on January 26 in Marseille thanks to the Esprit Agile association and its events:
Agile After Work
It will be: Thursday January 26, 2012 starting at 6:30 pm at the technological hotel, 45 rue Frédéric Joliot Curie, 13013 Marseille.
This session will probably also be given in Paris, I’ll indicate it on the blog if it interests some people.
Coach Retreat
Otherwise, regarding coaching, a meeting that turns out to be fascinating: a coach retreat organized by Oana J. It will take place on January 21 in Paris (a Saturday…). There are 4 spots left. For people interested you need to hurry…
Agile Open Sud
And especially on March 16 and 17 there will be the first Agile Open Sud to bring together agilists from the south. Are you interested? Do you want to know more? Dive into the forum]: you’ll find the information there, how to register, etc.
Conferences and sessions?
I’ve applied for a new presentation at Sudweb 2012 (this year in Toulouse on May 25/26) with Bruno, a guy who hates spring. I hope to present there the first release of “A web project where you are the agile hero”. An agile game that we hope will be interesting and that takes the format of a “gamebook” but in the form of a journey with diverse & varied workshops, terrible & inhuman obstacles.
It’s also possible that I’ll participate in Mix-It for which I’ve also applied for more traditional sessions.
For these two conferences I’ll know a little more quickly (fail fast ?).
