In response to the article concerning a possible (or not) convergence between agile and cmmi, you will find here the CMMI fortunes that I mentioned. I have decided to rename them “project fortunes” because I have substantially reformulated them, and so as not to upset the opponents of all stripes.
The idea behind these fortunes is to give teams elements for reflection to help them succeed in their projects (whether they are agile, traditional, or otherwise).
