I’m thinking about a post that would be titled “pass your V-cycle first” and which would aim to highlight the interest (importance?) of having practiced other forms of project management to better understand agile management. I’m thinking back to a petition on the web, signed some time ago, a very timely reminder from Alistair Cockburn: the oath of non-allegiance.

I promise not to exclude any idea on the basis of its source but to give all necessary consideration to ideas from all schools or lines of thought in order to find the one that is best suited to a given situation.

Food for thought and to put into practice.
